1. The mutation overview
1. Go to the menu bar, navigate to "Stock" and press "Mutations".
2. Here you see a mutation, the green arrow shows that it is an incoming mutation. The "Executed" status shows that the mutation has already been executed (completed).
2. Setting a filter
3. By pressing "Filters" you can create a new filter. This allows you to filter the mutations in the overview. The example filter filters on all mutations that meet the following conditions: "Status is Awaiting Apporval."
4. You can see that the filter now shows only mutations with the status "Awaiting Apporval."
3. Setting an advanced filter
5. You can add extra filter rules to a filter by pressing "+ Add Filter". You can choose different settings for this additional filter rule:
And: Only rows that satisfy all filter rules are shown.
Or: Only rows that satisfy one or both filter rules are shown.
6. With the filter set, we see that the mutations shown are only outgoing mutations and they all have the status "Awaiting Approval".
4. The overview of a mutation
7. When you open a mutation or create a mutation, you enter the overview. In the example, we have opened a mutation. Here you can see the items added to a mutation.
5. Select mutation rule(s)
8. Select an article to review it.

9. Press "Bulk," choose whether to approve, reject or remove the selected items from the mutation.
7. Approve change rule
10. When approving/rejecting the mutation lines, you can still leave a rating description.
11. Choose "Approve" or "Reject".
8. Mutatie accepteren
12. Press "Accept Mutation" to accept the mutation.
9. Confirm acceptance
13. Here you have the option to provide another description with the acceptance.
14. Press "Accept" to accept the acceptance of the mutation.
10. Perform mutation
15. Here you see the mutation lines (articles) that are ready to be mutated. The green check mark shows that the article has been approved.
16. Press "Perform mutation" to perform the mutation.
11. Confirm implementation
17. Confirm by pressing "Execute," this will make the changes to the warehouse.
