1. Open the mutation overview
1. Go to the menu bar and press "Mutations" to open the mutation overview.
2. In these lines you can see the details of a mutation.
Green down arrow represents an incoming mutation
Red up arrow represents outgoing mutation
Two blue arrows represent a stock check
2. Creating a filter
By creating a filter, you can determine which lines you want to see. An example could be that you only want to see the mutations with the status "In awaiting".
3. By clicking on "Filters" this screen will be shown. In this screen you can set the filter. In the example, we chose to filter the rows by: "Status is Awaiting Approval". Awaiting approval represents the status "Pending", mutations with this status must be picked by the order picker.
4. Now that the filter is set you will see that only the rows that meet this condition are displayed. You will now only see the status "Awaiting".
3. Creating an advanced filter
5. You can add extra filter rules to a filter by pressing "+ Add Filter". You can choose different settings for this extra filter rule:
And: Only the rows that meet all the filter rules are shown.
Or: Only rows that meet one or both of the filter rules are shown.
6. The filter in the example in set to: "Status is Awaiting Approval And the type is OUT". Now only the lines are shown which have the status "Awaiting" and are an outgoing mutation. This is reflected in these results, the red arrow represents outgoing mutations.
4. Viewing a mutation
When you open a mutation you come to this overview. Here you find the information of the mutation.
7. Here you see the articles that are ready to be mutated.
5. Item picking
To make a mutation, the items must be approved. You can use this to check that you have picked all items.
8. Select the items you want to approve.
6. Approve items
9. Press "Bulk", choose whether to approve, reject or remove the selected items from the mutation.
It is also possible to reject items, or remove them from the pick list.
7. Approve stock line
10. After you have selected the items to approve in the previous step, this screen is displayed. Here you will see which items you are about to approve, it is still possible to leave a comment if necessary.
11. Press "Approve" to approve the stock line.
8. Mutatie accepteren
12. After you have approved the items you have to accept the mutation, this causes the mutation to be displayed as accepted. This brings it to the next status in which it is possible to make the change.
9. Accept mutation
13. By pressing "Accept Mutation" in the previous step, this screen will be displayed, in it it is possible to add any comments.
14. Press "Accept" to accept the acceptance.
