1. View and approve mutations
1. Go to the menu bar, navigate to "Stock" and press "Mutations".
2. Here you see the overview of all mutations. With these tools it is possible to personalize the table.
3. With these tools you can do the following:
Columns: Here you can turn columns on/off, which allows you to show or hide columns.
Filters: Allows you to filter, by setting a filter you can for example only show the mutations with the status 'pending'.
Size: Allows you to adjust the size of the table.
Templates: Allows you after setting a filter, to save this filter under its own name. This allows you to click on it under templates next time, eliminating the need to create a new filter.
2. Filtering the mutations
4. With the function "Filters" it is possible to create your own filter. The example filter filters on all rows in the table equal to its conditions: "Status is ACCEPTED(Accepted)". Due to this filter only mutations with the status "Accepted" will be shown.
5. As you can see now only mutations with the status "Accepted" will be shown.
6. You can open an existing mutation by clicking on the name of the mutation. To create a new mutation, click on "+ Create Stock Mutation" to create a new mutation.
3. To perform a mutation
7. Here you see the items that are ready to be mutated.
8. Here you see the details of the mutation.
9. Here you see the current status of the mutation.
10. By clicking on "Execute Mutation" here you execute the mutation, by executing the mutation the changes at point "7" will be executed on the warehouse.
4. Confirm execution
11. After you press "Perform Change" in the previous step, this screen will be displayed. Press "Execute" again to confirm your selection.
5. The mutation has been performed
12. You will now see the new status "Executed", the mutation has been executed.
13. Press "Back" to return to the mutation overview.
