1. The mutation overview
1. Go to the menu bar, navigate to "Stock" and press "Mutations."
2. Press "Create Stock Mutation" to create a new mutation.

3. Here you enter the details of the new mutation.
3. Set mutation type
4. Enter the mutation type "Stock Control" here.
4. Choose the target warehouse
5. Select the warehouse which is the target of the stock check, the warehouse on which you want to perform the mutation.
6. Leave this setting at "None", since you do not want to move stock.
5. The statement of changes
8. Here you see the details of the mutation.
9. Here you can look up the items whose quantity you want to adjust in the warehouse.
10. Here you see the status of the mutation, currently it is a "Draft".
6. Finalizing the draft
11. After you have added all items, you will see the list of mutation lines here.
12. Press "Finalize Draft" to finalize the draft.
7. Confirm completion
13. Confirm the completion of the mutation.
14. Press "Save" to save the draft.
8. Select stock control lines
15. Select an item to review it. Press "Bulk" and choose approve, reject or delete.
16. Here you will see the current status of the mutation, the mutation is "pending" approval.
9. Approve change rule
17. When approving/rejecting the mutation lines, you can still leave a rating description.
18. Choose "Approve" or "Reject".
10. Accept mutation
19. Here you see the items, by the green check mark behind the item you can see that the item is approved.
20. Here you see the current status of the mutation, it is "pending" approval.
21. Press "Accept Mutation" to accept the mutation.
11. Confirm acceptance
22. Here you have the option to provide another description with the acceptance.
23. Press "Accept" to accept the acceptance of the mutation.
12. Perform mutation
24. Here you can see the status of the mutation, it has been accepted.
25. Press "Execute Mutation" to execute the mutation.
13. Confirm the implementation
26. Confirm by pressing "Execute," this will make the changes to the warehouse.
