Picking articles with a scanner (mutations)

1. Go to stock mutations

1. Go to the menu bar and press "Mutations" to go to the mutation overview.

2. Open the mutations that are pending (orders)

In the overview you see all mutations known in the system. Pending mutations are mutations to be handled by the Order Picker. With these tools it is possible to personalize the table.

2. With these tools you can do the following:

  • Columns: Here you can turn columns on/off, which allows you to show or hide columns.

  • Filters: Allows you to filter, by setting a filter you can for example only show the mutations with the status 'pending'.

  • Size: Allows you to adjust the size of the table.

  • Templates: Allows you after setting a filter, to save this filter under its own name. This allows you to click on it the next time under templates, making it unnecessary to create a new filter.

3. Here you see a mutation with the status: "Pending". Click on this mutation to open it and start picking.

3. Open the scanner

4. Here you see the general information about the mutation.

5. Here you see which items to pick, where they are located and the numbers.

6. Pressing scan activates the scan mode and you can start scanning.

4. Scan the items and perform the mutation

Scanning the correct item from the mutation automatically approves it (a green checkmark will appear where it is currently orange on the image).

After scanning all the items, execute the mutation, which removes the stock from the warehouse in OpusFlow.
