Preparing a project in the work preparation overview

Learn how to utilize and navigate the work preparation overview in OpusFlow.

In this article, we start in the overview of a sample project. In this project, the customer has agreed to the quote, making the work preparation overview available.

1. Navigate to the Work Preparation Overview

1. Here you see the reference number followed by the name of the project.

2. Press the "Work Preparation" tab to go to the work preparation overview. (If this overview is not yet available it is because the customer has not yet agreed to a quote)

2. The work preparation overview ('Images & Information')

3. In this tab you can see the photos that the surveyor entered in the survey form. In addition, you see the general information about the project.

4. Here you see the photos the surveyor entered in the inspection form.

5. Here you see the laying plan (without string and ballast plan)

6. Here you can open the installation plan to create the string plan, for example. Read more about creating a string plan in the following article: Drawing A String Plan.

7. Here you see the ballast plan and string plan.

8. Here you see a Google Streetview view of the address. It is possible to show this full screen by pressing enlarge at the top right.

9. Press "BOM & Competencies" to view and modify the Bill Of Material (BOM) and competencies.

10. Here you can see the Bill Of Material (BOM). Here it is possible to make adjustments to the BOM and approve or reject articles. You can also add extra articles or delete articles.

11. Here you see the Competencies overview. If there are competencies linked to the articles in the BOM they will be shown here and it is also possible to add your additional competencies to the project.

12. Press "Details" to open the project details.

4. View the project details

This page shows the details of the project. Here you can see the number of panels, the pitch of the roof and the Azimuth.
