5. Here you can see all your colleagues. It is possible to schedule people individually as well as by team. Currently no teams are created and we see all colleagues individually.

6. If you want to schedule a project (team level) and see which colleagues you want to use for it you can do this by dragging your mouse above all colleagues. If you do this then the scheduling overview opens.

7. If you want to schedule on a colleague (individual level), you can do this by dragging the mouse on the line of this colleague between the selected times. If you do this then the scheduling overview opens.

2. Schedule in on a team

8. To schedule a project you must first select it. Depending on the filters you have enabled, you can search for a specific project here.

9. Here you can see filters on which the projects are filtered. This allows you to find projects to schedule more specifically and with a smaller scope.

10. Here you see all the colleagues you can schedule. When scheduling teams, here will be the colleagues that are within this team.

11. You can create a filter by pressing this icon. You can also see how many filters are currently on.

3. Set a filter to find a specific type of project

12. The moment you create a filter then this field appears. This is where you set the filter. You can filter in four categories:

  • Order

  • Project

  • Distance

  • Remaining Hours

13. If you have set the filter correctly then you can "Save" it. From now on the filter is active.

4. The project overview

14. Now that the filter is set, you can see and select the relevant projects. You select a project by clicking on it. Once you have selected a project it will open in the planning view in the middle.

15. Here you see the project details containing information about the project type and client details.

16. If you are working with competencies, here you will see an overview of all the competencies attached to this project.

17. Next, select the scheduling types you want to schedule this project on.

5. Schedule colleagues on the scheduling type.

18. Then you can schedule your colleagues on the planning type. If you work with competencies, you can also see which colleagues match this planning type and which do not.

19. Here you fill in the times in which you want one or more mechanics to work on this planning type.

20. Here you select the team members you want to assign to this scheduling type.

21. When you have everything scheduled then you can press the "Schedule" button. You can update the status to project scheduled if you press the arrow next to the "Schedule" button. You don't do this when scheduling an inspection, but you can do it after scheduling your mechanics, for example.

6. Looking at the projects in planning

22. You can also see by team member when and where they are scheduled.

23. In the schedule you will now find the project. You can see by the team when this particular team is scheduled.
