1. Open the planner

1. Go to the menu bar, navigate to "Planning" go to "Planner" within the module.

2. Here you can see all your colleagues. It is possible to schedule people individually as well as by team. Currently, no teams are created and we see all colleagues individually.

3. You can select different timelines: day, week or month.

4. Here you can switch between different days, weeks or months depending on the timeline you selected.

5. If you press "Today" you will automatically go back to today's overview.

6. If you want to schedule on a colleague (individual level), you can do this by dragging the mouse on the line of this colleague between the selected times. If you do this then the scheduling overview opens.

7. If you want to schedule a project (team level) and see which colleagues you want to assign to it you can do this by dragging your mouse above all colleagues. If you do this then the scheduling overview opens.

2. View the scheduling overview

8. To schedule a project you must first select it. Depending on the filters you have enabled you will see the possible projects listed here.

9. To create a filter press here. This allows you to find projects to schedule more specifically and with a smaller scope.

10. Here you see all the colleagues you can schedule. When scheduling teams, here will be the colleagues that are within this team.

2.1 Set a filter to find a specific type of project

11. The moment you create a filter then this field appears. This is where you set the filter. You can filter in four categories:

  • Order

  • Project

  • Distance

  • Remaining Hours

12. If you have set the filter correctly then you can "Save" it. From now on the filter is active.

2.2 Selecting the project

13. Now that the filter is set, you can see and select the relevant projects. You select a project by clicking on it. When you have selected a project it will open in the planning view in the middle.

14. Here you have several tabs that allow you to access all relevant project information. Under the Details tab, you can actually schedule the project.

15. Here you see the project details containing information about the project type and client details.

16. If you are working with competencies, here you will see an overview of all the competencies attached to this project.

17. Next, select the scheduling types you want to schedule this project on.

2.3 Scheduling colleagues on the planning type

18. Then you can schedule your colleagues on the planning type. If you work with competencies, you can also see which colleagues match this planning type and which do not.

2.4 Scheduling the project

19. When you have everything scheduled then you can press the "Schedule" button. You can update the status to project scheduled if you press the arrow next to the "Schedule" button. You don't do this when scheduling an inspection, but you can do it after scheduling your mechanics, for example.

3. Open scheduled project

20. Now you will see the project appear on the line of the scheduled colleague. This also applies to the scheduled colleague. They can now find the project in the calendar.

21. You can open the project by pressing this. This allows you to see information about the project.

4. View scheduled project

22. When you open the project, you have two main views: Scheduling Details and Project Details. Under scheduling details you will find the tabs containing the information about how the project is scheduled.

23. You will find this information in this block. You can see what type of work is scheduled and the times it is scheduled. You can also see who is scheduled on this with the competencies of this colleague.

24. Under project details you will find all information about the project type and you can view the BOM.

25. The mechanics will provide a signature from the customer when completing the job. They do this by opening the project and attaching a signature.

4.1 Signing and saving

26. The client can sign and "Save" to keep the changes.

4.3 Overview of the planned project

27. Then, when viewing the project, you can see that a signature has been supplied with the project.

4.4 Save the modifications

28. If you edit things yourself in the schedule then you must click confirm.

8. View the delivery status of the project.

29. Finally, you can see if the assignment is signed (green doodle) and completed (green checkmark).
