1. Open a new residential project
1. Go to the menu bar, navigate to "Projects" press "All". In the project list you can find all projects. By applying Filters and/or Templates you can easily find specific projects. You also have a search bar, where you can search for a specific project directly.
2. You can view the project information like status and type and open the project, you can do this by pressing the project name or by pressing the button on the right side. Also on the right side you have the buttons to directly open the contact under this project or directly view the laying plans.
3. By pressing "+ Residential Project" you can create a residential project.
2. Fill in the data and create the project
4. When you create a project from projects, you begin by filling in the contact information.
5. It may be that the contact already exists. If so, you can select the "Existing" option and add the existing contact.
6. Here you enter the customer's contact information. Using the asterisks, you can see which fields are required to be filled in.
7. With the project data you specify the type of project to be run.
Type: Here you can select which ProjectType you want to create. (Note, if you want a different ProjectType, you will have to clear the box first by pressing the cross that will appear). In this case, the project type is "Solar Panels".
Group: Should you want multiple projects linked together, you can select the group here. You use this for example for housing associations.
Source: How did this customer find you? That's actually the question being asked here. If this is tracked properly, you can easily see in the statistics if, for example, an advertising sign helps in acquiring new leads.
Account Manager: This is the person who will oversee/handle this project.
Review form: Should you want to be able to fill out a form on the project, it can be selected here.
Status: The status of the project, by default this will probably always be "New Lead".
Friends4Friends: Should this client have been referred to you through another client, you can indicate that here, this so that any fees can be paid.
8. After completing all required fields, you can create the project and possibly the new contact, by pressing "Create". When you create the project, it opens immediately.
3. Open the project
9. When you open a project, you see a taskbar with all the functions associated with the project. One part of this is the Layout Plan.
10. Here you will find the contact information of the person linked to the project.
11. Here you will find the project address. This address may be different from your contact information address. You can also change this address by pressing the pencil icon.
12. Here you can see a list of all quotes created for this project. You can also add new ones by pressing "+ New".
13. Finally, you can add a form under this project by pressing "New Form" (or by going to the taskbar see step 9 and pressing "Forms" here). This form can then be found again in both places. This form can also be viewed in the Mechanic's Overview for additional information during installation.
