1. Check contact information or create a new contact

1. To start, it is useful to check if you have a contact you want to use in your commercial project and if this contact has an address. Go to the menu bar, navigate to "CRM" and go to "Contacts."

2. This is your contacts list, you can press the name to edit the contact or press the "+ New" button right at the top to create a new contact.

2. Check details and address

4. After opening the customer you will be presented with a screen with the contact information, you can modify it by pressing the pencil icon in the upper right corner.

5. Here you can add the customer's address. Currently, this is still a requirement, in order to generate a quotation.

3. Link contact to the company

6. This is a list of all companies, you can press the name here to open the company, for which you want to create a project.

7. If the company is not yet in your area, you can use the "+ New" button to create a new company.

3.1 Create new company

8. Enter company information here.

9. Adding an address is also important here and even mandatory to create this new company.

10. After completing the required fields, you can "Create" the company here.

3.2 Checking company data

11. Should you not create a new company, here you can find the list of existing companies to select that company, for which you want to create a project.

12. These are all the tabs of the selected company.

13. If your company does not have an address yet or you want to change it, you can change it here by pressing the pencil icon.

14. After checking all these details, we proceed to link the contact.

4. Linking contact to company

15. Within the company you will find the "Contacts" tab. Here you can use the "Assign" button to assign a contact to this company.

4.1 Selecting contact(s)

16. This search bar allows you to search among all the contacts that are in your CRM contacts list.

17. By clicking on 1 or more of these contacts you can select them.

18. After selecting the contacts, press "Update" to save.

5. Create project

19. This is the list of all contacts linked to the selected company. Check that there is at least 1 contact in here.

20. Now you can proceed to the next step. Go to the "Projects" tab.

5.1 Entering project data.

21. Select the company you want to create this project for here.

22. Select the contact for this project.

23. Press "Create," to create the project.

6. Check that the address has been added

24. These are all the tabs of this project.

25. Check that you have added an address and that it is the correct address. If you want to change it, you can do so by pressing the pencil icon.
