1. Review your project
1. When you open OpusFlow, you immediately see your calendar. Here you'll find the projects scheduled for you on that day.
2. You can also open your calendar by pressing this button. When you open the calendar, you can look back at projects you have already completed or look ahead to the upcoming day(s).
3. When you press on a project in the schedule, this project opens and you can see all the information about the project.
2. Review project notifications.
4. When you open a project for the first time, you may get a security notification. This notification contains warning and notifications about what you need to consider in order to run the project safely.
5. To complete this notification, you must have checked off all notifications.

6. After checking off the notifications, the security notification is complete.
7. Now you can proceed to the project information by pressing "Finish".
4. View information about the implementation of the project
8. The technician overview consists of 3 parts: execution, delivery and tickets.
Execution: To carry out a project you can contact implementation. Here you will find all the information and documents you need to carry out the project safely and properly.
Delivery: If you want to complete the project, you can simply complete and sign the delivery form upon completion.
Tickets: If an incident has occurred during the project, such as damage to one of the panels, you can report this to your colleague with a Ticket, so that he or she can take action. For more information, open the following article: Send and view messages while running projects (Tickets)
9. Here you can view the safety instructions you previously received again.
10. Here you will find all global project information for your project.
11. Here you will find the "BOM" (Bill of materials), which is a list of all articles under this project. Under the heading 'Inspection forms', you can find and view the various documents that have previously been completed for the project.
12. Click on "Delivery" to proceed to project delivery.
5. Complete the delivery form
If there is a form linked to your project/planning type, you will see a form to fill out here.
13. You can easily add photos to the delivery form by pressing the icon. If you do this with your mobile or tablet, you have the option to immediately take photos and upload them in the delivery document.
14. When completing the delivery form, you can save the form at any time. You can also have the form signed. If the form and signature are mandatory in your area, the project can only be delivered when both conditions are met.
6. Sign
15. You can put a signature in this box.
16. To add the signature to the form, press the "Save" button.
7. Close the project
17. By pressing "Finish" the form (if any) is saved under the project, together with the signature (if any). The planned activity will also be visible as 'completed' to you and the planners.
