1. Create ticket from "My environment"
1. Pressing "Ticket" in "My environment" will take you to the ticket overview.

2. Here you can see all the tickets of the organization, pressing on the title of a ticket opens a screen where all the information is shown and you can see the ticket.
3. With these settings you can filter the table to your own needs, if necessary. Or even create Templates, so you can always filter quickly and easily.
4. Pressing 'New Ticket' will bring up a new screen where you can enter the new ticket.
3. Ticket creation overview
5. In this bar you can indicate what category the ticket is related to.
An example could be the following: You want to create a Ticket to report damage when mounting solar panels. In this case, you choose the "Project" category,
6. In this step you link the project. This way, whoever reads the ticket will know which project it is about. Select the appropriate project here.
7. In these fields you can set the following:
Title: Here you must specify the title of the ticket, or subject.
Deadline date: Here you can specify the deadline date, when the ticket must be solved.
Time: Here you can specify the deadline time
Type: Here you have to specify what type the ticket is.
Status: Here you can indicate the status, in which step the ticket is at this moment.
Description: Here you can put additional information, so you can better explain with more detail what needs to be done and what it is about.
8. Here you can assign someone to the ticket, that person is responsible for execution and gets the ticket in his/her name.
4. Assign ticket
9. You can assign the ticket to a specific user. You can find them by searching in the search bar.
10. Next, select the appropriate user(s). A ticket can be assigned to multiple users at the same time.
11. After selecting the appropriate user(s) press "update" to add the colleague(s). Then you can proceed with creating the ticket.
5. Add project
12. Here you can look up the project, for which you want to create a ticket.
6. Select Type of Ticket
13. Here you should indicate the type of the ticket.
7. Add status
14. Here you can indicate the status, which step the ticket is currently in.
15. Press "Create" to create the ticket.
8. Ticket created overview
After creating the ticket in the previous step you will get to this overview. In this overview it is also possible to edit the ticket.
16. Here you will find the ticket information.
17. Here you can see what type of ticket it is, the status of the ticket and some additional information.
18. The status of the ticket can be changed here.
19. After making any changes, you can save the ticket here.
20. If you have any comments for this ticket you can go to this tab to post them.
9. Add note to ticket
21. Under these comments you can post a comment for colleagues.
