1. Create ticket from "Mechanic overview"
1. In the mechanics overview, you can easily open the ticket overview by pressing the "Tickets" button. Here you can view existing tickets for the current project and create new tickets.
2. In your ticket list, you will see all tickets for the current project.
3. If you want to create a new ticket, you can easily do so by pressing the "New Ticket" button.

4. Here you will see information about the ticket and the project it is associated with.
5. You must assign the Ticket to someone, this can be a colleague to perform the task. It is also possible to send a ticket to yourself. Assigning a ticket to someone is important, this way it is clear who is responsible that the ticket is handled.
6. Here you can specify the ticket:
What is the deadline?
What type of ticket is it?
What is the status of the ticket?
You can also add notes to clarify the ticket for the recipient.
3. Assign ticket
7. You can assign the ticket to a specific user. You can find them by searching in the search bar.
8. Next, select the appropriate user(s). A ticket can be assigned to multiple users at the same time.
9. After selecting the appropriate user(s) press "update" to add the colleague(s). Then you can proceed to create the ticket.

10. When the details are filled in you can create the ticket.

11. A ticket is always assigned to someone. You can see here which colleague(s) are responsible for the ticket.
12. Here you can read all the information about the ticket and so you can easily find out what to do.
13. By updating the status of the ticket, you, as well as your colleagues, know what still needs to be done to complete this ticket.
14. After adjusting the ticket press the save logo.
6. All tickets in one place
15. You can find all tickets in "My environment" under "Ticket".
7. Viewing my own tickets
16. You can also easily find the tickets assigned to you in your home screen.
17. By pressing this icon you can go to the complete ticket overview at once.
