How to create an invoice

1. Opening the contact

1. Go to the menu bar, navigate to "CRM" open the "Contacts" here.

2. Select the desired customer you want to create an invoice for.

. Linking an entity

3. Go to the "Administration" tab.

4. Link the "Entity" here, at the moment there is no entity linked.

5. Create the a "Link" here.

3. Creating an entity

6. Enter the required data here;

7. Press "Create."

4. Oversee quotations and invoices

8. Here you see the quotations applicable to the customer.

9. Here you see the invoices applicable to the customer.

10. Go to the menu bar, navigate to "Administration".

11. Navigate to "Invoices" to go to the overview of invoices.

12. Press "Create Invoice" to create a new invoice.

6. Enter invoice data.

13. Select here the entity for the invoice.

14. Select here the invoice template.

15. Select here the project you want to invoice.

16. Here you can convert an existing quote to an invoice.

17. Press "Create".

7. Preparing the draft invoice

18 Here you see how the invoice is structured, the items and costs.

19. Here you see the total prices and VAT.

20. Here you see the general project information.

21. Here you can add any items to the invoice.

22. Here you see the current status of the invoice.

23. Press "Finalize draft" to finalize the draft.

8. Approve or Reject

24. Here you can approve or reject the concept.

9. Generate Invoice

25. Press "Generate Invoice" to generate the invoice.

10. Choose the template

26. Choose the desired template.

27. To generate the invoice press "Generate".

11. Download or view invoice

28. You can download or view the invoice by pressing the corresponding icon.
