1. Filter your list

2. Set up your filter

2. By pressing "Add Filter" you can add one or more filters.

3. Here you set the filter in three steps.

2.1 Setting up filters: Choose what you filter on

4. Choose what you want to filter on.

2.2 Setup step: Choose how to filter.

5. Next, you choose how the filter is applied. For example, you can set to filter tickets equal to a certain status or not.

2.3 Setup step: Specify what you want to see or not see

6. Finally, in this example, specify exactly which states this filter applies to.

3. Save your filter

7. Under templates, you can save the filters you have set up. This way you can easily reuse a useful filter in the future.

4. Create a default filter

8. Here you can select previously created templates. You will also see the selected template here.

9. You can update or favorite these templates. If you favorite a template, then these filters will be on by default when you open a certain list, this can be very useful for example if you only want to see your own tickets in this screen.

10. The filters currently set can be saved under a new template, by giving it a name and pressing "New."
